The home

Detached bungalow, Built 2005, Timber frame with brick skin.  Slate roof. Recent flat roofed extension with lantern.


Modifications:

Installed solar panels (pv).Increased insulation in roof-space. New extension to kitchen with underfloor heating, maximum insulation, triple glazing and increased thermal comfort.  Converted garage to bathroom and bedroom also with underfloor heating. Replaced gas boiler with air-source heat pump. Cut off mains gas and have induction hob. House is now all electric, with wood burner for ancillary heating.

Paying £100 pm to Octopus Energy - much less than Price Cap
