Changed from oil to to ground source heat pump
14 solar panels and 2 batteries
Motivations:
To lower carbon footprint and save on energy usage.
Approximate costs:
Due to the building being derelict, to total cost of renovation was £100k
Approximate energy savings:
Halved the cost of the energy in the home
Benefits:
The fabric of the building is always warm, and much healthier
